- Figures 4.1-4.18 draw on UK Government statistics on local authority management of homelessness under England’s legislative framework.
- Figure 4.23 is based on responses to the research team’s 2025 local authority survey.
- Figures 5.3 and 5.5 are outputs from multi-source modelling by Prof Glen Bramley. The projections on future homelessness reductions achievable via specified social security, housing and homelessness policy reforms, as quantified in Figure 5.5, relate to the measures summarised in Table 5.4.
